School Uniforms
Why Uniforms?
Uniforms foster a sense of "belonging". We become a community of learners, when the
children are in uniforms. There are of course, the "pros & cons" of wearing a uniform, but we feel that with all of the "fashionista" issues going on in our society, girls can relax in their uniforms and not "compete". And believe me, children as young as three years of age notice what people (especially their peers) are wearing. During the summer months, children may wear our school T shirt, jeans/shorts, and shoes-no sandals, instead of the uniform.
